ABB Sp. z o.o., a global leading provider of pioneering technology for digital sectors, has extended the lease agreement in the AXIS Kraków building located in the centre of the capital of Lesser Poland. The contract includes office space with a total volume of 19200 m2. The tenant’s representative – Corees Polska consulting company was responsible for coordinating the renegotiation process. The landlord – the Scandinavian company NIAM – has acted on its own behalf.
– The Axis office building meets all our expectations regarding standards and comfort of use – says Janusz Machnicki, Head of Real Estate Polish Hub, ABB Sp. z o.o.. – We are pleased with the extension of the lease agreement, as well as its terms, which we were able to negotiate thanks to support from Corees Polska.
– The final of the negotiation fell on a difficult period this year – admits Marek Ciunowicz, CEO of Corees Polska, who is personally responsible for the process of renegotiating the contract. – All the more we are happy with their effect, and also that ABB entrusted us with the coordination of process – he adds.
Axis Kraków is a 9-storey office building, owned by Niam – one of the largest private property owners in the Nordics with real estate assets under management of approximately 3.6 billion. Niam is headquartered in Stockholm with local offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.
