Corees Poland is agency specializing in commercial real estate services. Its spectrum of operations includes a full range of solutions in office, warehouse, retail leasing, valuations and investment consulting. Corees Polska is a partner of The Instant Group, owned by Corfac International and ProProgressio.
Complexity
Corees Polska implements projects in a comprehensive manner in the entire country. It currently has a main office in Warsaw and branches in Krakow and Wroclaw. The development plans for the coming year include the launch of more branches in key Polish cities.
ABOUT COREES
My name is Marek Ciunowicz, SIOR, I have been associated with the Polish commercial real estate market for almost 30 years. I have created an agency that will be a helpful and competent support for the customer, in which is a person and his needs are in the foreground.
This is how Corees Poland was created.
A boutique agency specializing in commercial real estate services. We advise, negotiate and provide external support to companies in Poland and Europe, regardless of their size or location, in the following areas: office, warehouse, retail, valuations and investment consulting. Corees Polska is a partner of The Instant Group and is part of the network of Corfac International and ProProgressio.
In my career I co-founded and worked in foreign agencies in Poland: Colliers International Poland, Knight Frank and BNP Paribas Real Estate. I am a former co-owner and board member of Nuvalu Poland.
During my many years of work, I participated in lease transactions of approx. 835,000 sqm of office space, I have represented and conducted processes for such companies as:
ABB, Hitachi ABB Power Grids, Konica Minolta, Sygnity, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, NOKIA, BMW, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, Shell, Amway, Kodak, Intrum Justitia, Capgemini, Accenture, Allen&Overy, Squire Sanders, DLA Piper Wiater, Tieto, Accounting Plaza, Bank Pocztowy, Idea Bank, Nest Bank, Arvato, Altkom Akademia, Randstadt, AVON, Trapeze or Vision Express, Enxoo, Axxiome, Intel, Hortex, Union Investment, Dell.
I was awarded the title of SIOR, and also a triple title of Business Tiger Pro Progressio fo r significant contribution to development of the BSS sector in 2017, 2018 and 2022.
