The Antal brand – leader in the recruitment of specialists and managers as well as HR consulting, as a result of a successfully completed process of renegotiating the lease agreement, remains in the multifunctional facility Plac Unii in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by the consulting agency Corees Polska, the landlord by Colliers.
Antal is the leader in the recruitment of specialists and managers as well as HR consulting. The brand is present in 35 countries and has been operating in Poland since 1996. Antal specializes in both recruitment and HR consulting, building the employer’s image and conducting labor market research. It is a brand that focuses on dynamic development. Currently, it has branches in 5 cities in Poland, as well as in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In Hungary, it operates under the Enloyd brand.
One of the arguments for Antal to stay at Plac Unii is the high standard of the office building situated in a well-connected part of Warsaw. In addition, in the first quarter of 2022 a general renovation will be carried out. A complete renovation and modernization of the space is planned – thanks to which the office will gain two additional conference rooms and a completely new chillout zone with a bar that will be available to all employees. The office design was made in accordance with the latest trends and has been adapted to the present times to improve the quality of work of Antal consultants. The complex consisting of three buildings separated by a glass roof, after the modernization of the +1 level is completed will offer a total of over 46,000 sq m. of modern office space and 800 parking spaces. The office building uses numerous ecological solutions that directly affect the real savings of tenants, and the project itself received a BREEAM certificate at a very good level, awarded to buildings constructed in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. Each part of the complex has a separate entrance, separate circulation lines and independent reception desks.
