Arle-Med Centrum Zdrowia has become the new tenant of the ŁÓDŹ.WORK office building at ul. Dowborczyków 18. In the lease process, the landlord, OKAM Capital, was supported by the advisory agency Corees Polska, the tenant by the Horyzont Nieruchomości agency.
