Armatis, one of the largest customer service and sales outsourcers operating in Poland, as a result of a lease agreement signed in November this year, moves its office in Bielsko-Biała to the new BB Park office building. The company will have almost 1,500 sq m of office space at its disposal to employ over 100 additional contact center agents. The tenant was represented by the consulting agency Corees Polska.

Armatis is a French company that has been creating outsourcing solutions for enterprises for over 30 years. Multi-channel customer support, sales, helpdesk and other B2C and B2B solutions are delivered in over 14 languages ​​and in line with the idea contained in the slogan “Your customer first”. Armatis currently employs around 9,000 people worldwide and over 1400 people in Poland in five offices or remotely working. The company supports tourism, telecommunications, media, finance, energy and e-commerce clients.

The official opening of the office will take place on December 7. ”

BBPark is a modern office building located in Bielsko Biała at ul. Towarowa. The owner of the building is the Davis company – a producer of a new generation of upholstery fabrics that is present on the market since 1995. The brand’s offer is dedicated to manufacturers of upholstered furniture, decorators and interior designers from all over the world.
