Corees Polska as exclusive agent of the Aleja Pokoju 5

The consulting agency Corees Polska has been chosen as the exclusive agent of the office building Aleja Pokoju 5, located in Krakow. The cooperation assumes the re-commercialization of the facility and cooperation with its current tenants.

Aleja Pokoju 5 is a BREEAM-certified nine-story class A building, offering a total of approx. 13,700 m² of office space and a two-level underground car park. The high standard of finish, energy-saving technologies, and optimal lighting of the rooms ensure convenience and comfort of work for its tenants. From the top floors of the building, there is a panorama of Krakow and the Wawel Royal Castle. The advantage of the building is its location in the centre of Krakow, in the vicinity of numerous bicycle paths (also at the Vistula Boulevards) and key transport hubs: Grzegórzeckie and Mogilskie Roundabouts, which provides excellent access to public transport. At a distance of 2 km from Aleja Pokoju 5, there is the Krakow market and the Old Town as well as Galeria Krakowska and the railway and MDA stations.  The office building was acquired by HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH in 2016 as part of an individual mandate for an institutional investor.
