Corees Polska has become the exclusive leasing agent for the EPOL Holding office building in Krakow, which belongs to the portfolio of Epol Holding Sp. z o.o. The cooperation involves the re-commercialization of the facility.
The Epol Holding building is a four-storey office building with a total area of over 6,300 m2. Currently, it offers fully finished A-class office space. The facility is situated in the heart of Krakow’s “Silicon Valley” at Bobrzyńskiego Street, that guarantees easy access to both the city center, the motorway and the airport. Perfectly connected location (tram stop in front of the office building, bicycle path and location on one of the main Krakow thoroughfares) guarantees easy access for employees and business partners of tenants. On the other side of Bobrzyńskiego Street there is one of the largest and newest housing estates, which is a comfortable place to live.
Epol Holding Sp. z o.o. is a company that deals with the administration and rental of office and commercial space, and residential apartments, as well as with real estate development.
