Corees Polska has become the exclusive agent for Eximius Park, located in Zabierzów, near Krakow. The office complex is part of the First Property Group plc portfolio. The scope of cooperation covers a comprehensive list of tenant services.
Eximius Park is a complex of four A-class office buildings (50,000 m2 of modern office space) tailored to the requirements of contemporary business management. Among the unique characteristics of the Eximius Park ecosystem are its unobvious synergies, e.g. the proximity of beautiful nature reserves and landscape parks on the one hand and its strategic location near the main transport arteries (A4 motorway) and Kraków Airport (7 minutes from the Park).
