Corees Polska has become the exclusive agent of the Łódź.Work office complex, which is part of the OKAM Capital portfolio. The cooperation involves acquiring new tenants for the building.
ŁÓDŹ.WORK is a multi-functional office complex, innovative in the region, located in the very center of Łódź, on the premises of the 19th-century Graphic Works at ul. Dowborczyków 18. The four-storey building has approximately 5000 m2 of space for rent, intended for office and retail and service purposes. The building has been comfortably finished and equipped both in terms of technology (air conditioning, raised floors, modern fire protection system) and amenities for tenants and their clients (including electric vehicle charging station, parking, conference rooms and a chill-out zone). The tenants may also use an electric vehicle. The project is implemented by OKAM Capital.
We are trying to make the forgotten part of Łódź vibrant with life, just like it used to be. The ŁÓDŹ WORK office complex was built as part of the New Center of Łódź, which involves the revitalization of historic buildings and their connection with modern buildings. We focused on details and maintaining the original, raw character of this place. We meet the expectations of our tenants, we try to facilitate their communication with the city. We have combined revitalization with modernity, the tenants of ŁÓDZ.WORK have an electric vehicle and scooters at their disposal.
