– The development of our business and the ongoing preparations for Caspar Asset Management to enter the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange meant that we must strengthen our position in the capital city. Our constantly growing team of specialists operating on the Warsaw market needed suitable office. Prosta Tower captivated us with its excellent location and functionality of the office space – explains Leszek Kasperski, CEO of Caspar Asset Management S.A.
Prosta Tower is a 19-storey office building with a total area of 7,400 sq m. From the top storeys there is a breathtaking view of the panorama of the capital. The building, designed by the team of Stefan Kuryłowicz, is distinguished by a glass facade with a front elevation in the form of an irregular sheet made of concrete blocks in the shape of diamonds. Due to the implementation of the concept, Prosta Tower received the CEMEX Building Award 2011 in the category “The most interesting concrete buildings built worldwide”. It is located in the center of Warsaw, in the vicinity of the main communication arteries, and its convenient location enables efficient connection with other districts of the city. The building belongs to the portfolio of AEW Invest GmbH.
I am pleased to announce that the commercialization process of Prosta Tower is proceeding at an excellent pace and we are almost at the end. The whole last year proved to us, which I always emphasize, that “Nothing is impossible” and even in a relatively difficult period, you can successfully achieve your goals. We started in July 2020 with a 33% vacancy rate, and after signing this contract, we only have 6.33% left – and this is not the end of good news. Tenants appreciate the excellent location of the building and its intimacy. On behalf of the Fund, which owns the building, I am happy and welcome the Caspar Group companies among our tenants – comments Robert Gietko, Asset Manager at AEW.
– Remarkable façade, high standard of the building’s interior, combined with its perfect location – these are the undoubted advantages of Prosta Tower, thanks to which it has been eagerly chosen by tenants. I’d like to thank all parties involved in the finalization of this process – adds Monika Rogucka, Leasing Director, Corees Polska.
Our client, Caspar Group, was looking for a unique location in the new business center of Warsaw, at Rondo Daszyńskiego. During the selection process, the key elements were primarily the intimate atmosphere of the building and its excellent exposure. Prosta Tower undoubtedly meets these expectations and will allow the company to create an effective and calm work environment. I am very happy that we were able to advise Caspar Group, and our cooperation was very smooth and successful – says Grzegorz Hetman, Consultant at CBRE’s Office Agency.
