Intrum, the leader of the debt management market, has extended the lease agreement for over 1,500 sq m of office space in the Promenady Business Park – Zita complex in Wrocław. The consulting agencies Corees Polska participated in the process of renegotiating the lease, representing the tenant and Knight Frank on the part of the landlord TRUDO.

Intrum helps businesses – both corporations and SME sector entities – to prosper more effectively by offering solutions aimed at improving cash flow and long-term profitability, caring for their clients’ customers, i.e. helping indebted entities. Sustainable development, that is the “philosophy” of sustainability, is inscribed in Intrum’s mission and vision. An important component of this approach is taking care of the well-being of our employees. This issue also concerns providing our team with appropriate working conditions. Undoubtedly, the Promenady Business Park – Zita complex provides the comfort that we need to operate on a daily basis. Our employees feel well in the Wroclaw office, which is confirmed by our internal research and this is the most important thing for us. It is also not without significance that the facility managers also rose to the occasion during the pandemic and supported us in ensuring the safety of the Intrum team. These facts prompted us to extend the lease – says Iwona Żurawska, Director of the HR and Administration Department, Intrum.

Zita is one of the two buildings belonging to the Promenady Business Park complex in Wrocław. It is an A-standard building, offering 21,122 sq m of rentable space. The Promenady Business Park complex has fit into the awareness of the local office market for good. We are glad that Intrum, for whom quality is extremely important on every level, has decided to stay in the Zita building for the next few years.
