Are you an experienced property valuer who wants to develop in a dynamic boutique company? We are looking for someone to support our team in Warsaw in commercial real estate valuation and investment consulting!

Scope of duties:
🔹 Preparing valuation reports for commercial real estate
🔹 Coordinating the work of the real estate valuation team and subcontractors
🔹 Building business relationships and acquiring new projects
🔹 Supporting purchase/sale transactions, conducting negotiations
🔹 Creating market analyses, reports and marketing materials
🔹 Cold calling/mailing and supporting clients in professional consulting

Requirements:
📜 Valuator’s license
🌐 Experience in an international environment and very good knowledge of English
💼 At least 5 years of experience in consulting projects and real estate valuation
