If you have experience in real estate valuation, are able to build business relationships and want to co-create strategies for leading projects in Poland, you are the ideal candidate!

Responsibilities:
🔹 Preparation of valuation reports for commercial real estate
🔹 Analysis of the planning and legal status of real estate
🔹 Assistance in negotiations and coordination of the transaction process
🔹 Support for real estate purchase or sale transactions
🔹 Preparation of marketing materials, real estate market analyses, including HBU, profitability analyses and other studies
🔹 Conducting cold mailing and cold calling to develop the client portfolio

Requirements:
📜 Appraiser license
