The Epol Office office building in Krakow, owned by Epol Holding, has gained a new confidential tenant from the IT industry, which will cover an area of over 400m2. The consulting agency Corees Polska was responsible for the coordination of the process.
Epol Office is a four-storey office building with a total area of over 6,300 m2. Currently, it offers fully finished A-class office space. The facility is located in Krakow at ul. Bobrzyńskiego 12, in the heart of Krakow’s “Silicon Valley”. The location of the office building guarantees easy access to both the city center, the motorway and the airport. The perfectly connected location (a tram stop in front of the office building, a bicycle path and the location on one of the main Krakow thoroughfares) guarantees easy access for employees and tenants’ business partners.
