Corees Polska is an agency specialising in servicing the commercial real estate market. It has a broad spectrum of solutions in terms of the lease of office, industrial&logistic and retail space. It also provides investment consulting.

Corees Polska implements projects throughout the country. Currently, it has three main offices in Warsaw Krakow and Wrocław. The development plans for the coming year include the opening of new branches in major Polish cities.

He is an effective negotiator, specialising in representation services for office and storage space tenants and was awarded with a double title of Tygrys Biznesu Pro Progressio for his significant contribution to the development of the BSS sector in 2017 and 2018.

During many years of work he was involved in the lease transactions for hundreds of thousands of m2 of office space, he represented such companies as:

My name is Marek Ciunowicz and I have been associated with the Polish commercial real estate market for 26 years. I have created an agency that will be helpful and competent support for the client, in which the man and his needs are in the foreground.

This is how Corees Polska was created.

A boutique agency specializing in servicing the commercial real estate market. We advise, negotiate and provide external support for companies in Poland and Europe, regardless of their size or location, in the field of office, warehouse and commercial space as well as investment consulting.

I have gained experience working for and co-creating Polish branches of foreign agencies such as: Colliers International Polska, Knight Frank and BNP Paribas Real Estate. I am a former co-owner and board member of Nuvalu Polska.

During many years of work, I participated in lease transactions of approx. 835 thousand m2 of office space, represented and carried out processes for, among others, companies such as:
