In the office market, we do not see a tendency for owners to divest themselves of office buildings. Warsaw is still the most interesting investment city, according to Lukasz Nelken-Zbik, Head of Valuation&Investment, Corees Polska.

  • High interest rates have a major impact on companies’ decisions to lease office space.
  • Before deciding to rent an office, entrepreneurs prefer to wait out the difficult period until the monetary situation stabilizes and the economy rebounds at the same time.
  • Despite the fact that supply outweighs demand, there is no inclination on the part of office building owners to dispose of their buildings.
  • The entire market is waiting for KPO funds. The next tranches will gradually affect the economic recovery, which will also be reflected in the office market.
