The Postal Bank is staying for another period at its current headquarters in the Corner House office building on St. Pulawska 111/B in Warsaw. The Postal Bank occupies a net area of 2,582 sqm, a significant portion of the building’s total office space (3,500 sqm ). 22 In the process of renegotiating the lease agreement, Bank Pocztowy was supported by the Corees Polska consulting agency, which was represented by Marek Ciunowicz, CEO, SIOR.
“As a result of the negotiations, we signed an addendum to the previously concluded agreement. This means that the Head Office of Bank Pocztowy – Warsaw Office, for the next period remains in this pleasant location, which is Upper Mokotów and the vicinity of Arkadia Park and Królikarnia Palace,” says Jakub Slupinski, President of the Management Board of Bank Pocztowy S.A..
Corner House is a building located on one of Warsaw’s main thoroughfares. The property is a short distance from the main railroad station (PKP Warszawa Centralna) and Chopin International Airport. Frederic Chopin. Corner House is an 8-story office building, offering approximately 3,500sqm netsqm modern Class A leasable space. The building has 57 parking spaces in an underground garage. 2 The office building is owned by Montes Group shareholders.
The manager of the Corner House office building is Montes Services sp. z o.o. specializing in asset, property and facility management of commercial real estate. Montes Services Sp. z o.o. is also responsible for commercialization of the facility.
