In order to conclude an Agreement with us, it is necessary that you provide us with truthful and not infringing the rights of third parties data necessary for execution of the Agreement, including for issuance of an appropriate VAT invoice, i.e..:

Corees shall have the right to contact you via the contact information provided by you, including phone number and email address for the purpose of performing the Agreement. In addition, in the case of us providing services to or on behalf of a client, if required by the preparation of a real estate transaction or applicable laws, Corees processes data enabling:

– Verification of the customer’s identity (i.e., first and name, series and no. of identity card, PESEL number);

– identification of the real estate that will be the subject of a possible transaction (No. of the land register and made available through via the electronic land registry system);

At the same time, in case of providing services to customer service in the process of acquisition, lease, sublease, sale or real estate brokerage, Corees processes data enabling:

• establishing and maintaining contact, transferring an offer or arranging an appointment to view the property, i.e. phone number or email address enabling contact with potential buyers or tenants and sub-tenants.
• in to agree on the date of inspection and transfer of received offers to purchase or lease the property by tenants;
• Presentation of documents confirming the right to dispose of the real estate subject to the Agreement;

Investment transactions

W in the event of the establishment by customer cooperation with Corees in investment purposes we process the data necessary for Identify the customer as an entity that complies with AML and terrorist financing, in including in if the customer is operating in form of a commercial company, trust fund or other entity whose pertain to the aforementioned regulations, Corees may be required to collect personal data about the controlling person and beneficiaries of the entity – in accordance with the referenced laws.

Newsletter

If a user of the Site subscribes to the Newsletter or agrees to receive marketing information or real estate reports from Corees, Corees will collect personal information in the form of an email address and regarding the industry in in which the subscriber operates and the type of content the subscriber would like to receive. Modification of data does not involve any additional fees to Corees. The modification of the data may involve the incurrence of costs relating to your use of data transmission service provided by a third party available via mobile phone network or via a Wifi connection. Period of storage of personal data

Corees keeps the acquired personal data for different period of time depending on the purpose of their processing and so:

• In case of data collected automatically when visiting Website – in accordance with Cookies Policy;
• in case of execution of the Rental Agreement (including issuance of an appropriate VAT invoice) or taking steps for the purpose of concluding such an Agreement – is equal to the period of execution of the Agreement and possible claims that may be related to it, and also legal regulations imposing an obligation to keep certain documents for a certain period of time (e.g. law on accounting);
• in case of contacting with Corees (other than through via the form located on Website) – until the time of processing your request or application and possible claims that may be related to the specific event giving rise to the contact, and also laws requiring the retention of certain documents for a certain period of time;
