Aleksandra Mehenni has joined the Corees team as Associate Director.

She brings extensive experience in the commercial real estate market. For over 8 years, she has supported clients in leasing processes, renegotiations, and property sale transactions, providing comprehensive advisory services at every stage of cooperation.

At Corees, she is responsible for developing cooperation with clients from the warehouse and production sector, as well as building business relationships across the Polish and Eastern European markets, including with developers and tenants. She leads advisory processes related to leasing, subleasing, and the purchase and sale of warehouse properties.

She analyzes the market and current industry trends, collaborates with developers, and develops market entry strategies, while supporting the growth of the company’s market share in the region.
