Unico Logistics Polska, a company specializing in the organization of global transport, has moved to office space in the Corner House office building in Warsaw. The consulting agencies Corees Polska and Brookfield Partners were involved in the process.
Unico Logistics Polska is part of the global Unico Logistics team based in Seoul, Korea. The core business is rail transport and intermodal solutions for sea, air, and road transport.
Due to the dynamic development of Unico in Poland, we have been looking for a larger and well-located new office in Warsaw for some time. After seeing a few proposals, we decided to do just this, a nearly 500-meter well-located office – says Piotr Szwarc, President of the Management Board at Unico Logistics Polska.
Corner House is an 11-storey office building with approximately 3 700 sq m of office space. The facility provides access to 57 underground parking spaces. The building is located at ul. Puławska 111B in the Mokotów district of Warsaw, approx. 15 minutes from both the very center of Warsaw and the Warsaw Chopin Airport. Frederic Chopin.
– In the process, we had the pleasure to represent the current Corner House tenant – Bank Pocztowy, which has decided to sublet some of its office space. As a result of the negotiations, Corner House has gained a new tenant – Unico Logistics, who I hope will feel comfortable in the new place. I congratulate all parties on the smoothly conducted process and good luck – adds Monika Rogucka, Leasing Director at Corees Polska.
