Valmet Technologies in ŁÓDŹ.WORK

Valmet Technologies, an international manufacturer of paper machines, has become a new tenant of the ŁÓDŹ.WORK office complex, which belongs to the OKAM Capital portfolio. In the lease process, the Lessor was supported by the consulting agency Corees Polska.

Valmet is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of process technologies, automation and services to the pulp, paper and energy industries. The company has over 220 years of history. Valmet’s shares are listed on the NASDAQ Helsinki Stock Exchange, with headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

ŁÓDŹ.WORK is a multi-functional office complex, innovative in the region, located in the very center of Łódź, on the premises of the 19th-century Graphic Works at ul. Dowborczyki 18. The four-storey building has approximately 5000m2 of space for rent, intended for office and retail and service purposes. The building has been comfortably finished and equipped both in terms of technology (air conditioning, raised floors, modern fire protection system) and amenities for tenants and their clients (including electric vehicle charging station, parking, conference rooms and a chill-out zone). The tenants may also use an electric vehicle. The project is implemented by OKAM Capital.

We are very pleased that another tenant will move into ŁÓDŹ.WORK, who appreciated the unique character of this place, distinguished primarily by the combination of industrialism with a modern form. Our building offers elegant, functional offices for rent with great arrangement possibilities, depending on the specificity of the company and preferences of the way of working – says Dagmara Grębowska from OKAM Capital.

ŁÓDŹ.WORK are unique, revitalized spaces that make an impression and arouse considerable interest among potential tenants. I am glad that Valmet has decided to locate its Łódź branch in ŁÓDŹ WORK. I also extend my congratulations to all parties involved in the process. – adds Monika Rogucka, Leasing Director at Corees Polska.
