If you have experience in real estate valuation, are able to build business relationships and want to co-create strategies for leading projects in Poland, you are the perfect candidate!

Responsibilities:
🔹 Preparing valuation reports for commercial real estate
🔹 Cooperation with subcontractors
🔹 Building business relationships and acquiring new projects
🔹 Preparing marketing materials and real estate market analyses, including HBU, profitability analyses and other studies
🔹 Supporting real estate purchase and sale transactions: incl. in the scope of creating sales materials, financial analyses, teasers
🔹 Conducting cold mailing and cold calling in order to develop the client portfolio
🔹 Assistance in negotiations and coordination of the transaction process
🔹 Professional advice taking into account the client’s needs
🔹 Participation in the development of products dedicated to the real estate sector

Requirements:
📜 Appraiser’s license
