EPOL Office with a confidential tenant from the tourism industry

The Epol Office office building in Krakow, owned by Epol Holding, has gained a new, prestigious confidential tenant from the tourism industry. The landlord was represented by Corees Polska advisory agency, and the tenant was represented by Biuro Na Miarę agency.

Epol Office is a four-storey office building with a total area of over 6,300 m2. Currently, it offers fully finished class A office space. The facility is located in Krakow at ul. Bobrzyńskiego 12, in the heart of Krakow’s “Silicon Valley”. The location of the office building guarantees easy access to the city center as well as the motorway and the airport.
